On the East Branch of the Delaware River
A comfortable, newly renovated 3 bedroom home with 1.5 baths anchored along side the East Branch of the Delaware River. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, canoeing and tubing right from the back yard as you enter the river just 100 feet from your back door. Enjoy fires in the fire pit and evenings out on the dock as the Bald Eagles fly by and the Great Blue Herons tip toe thru the water. Enjoy home cooked meals in the full kitchen and on the BBQ or take advantage of the Downsville Diner’s delicious breakfast and lunch menu. Check out the Old Schoolhouse for dinner and drinks or head down to Roscoe to explore the distillery and brewery.
Downsville has plenty to offer with some of the best fresh water fishing on the east coast and hiking trails that bring you through Bear Spring Mountain.
